StyleTone Box | Maart

Ik had helemaal niet door dat het alweer dat moment van de maand was, totdat ik een mailtje in mijn inbox ontving waarin stond dat de StyleTone Box eraan kwam! Ik was erg benieuwd naar de inhoud gezien de vorige box net alle producten bevatte die ik niet zou gaan gebruiken of de verkeerde kleur – of geur gezien er een parfum in zat! – hadden. De box zag er aan de buitenkant al direct prachtig uit en gelukkig bleek de inhoud ook goed te zijn. Laat ik snel overgaan op welke producten in de StyleTone Box van maart zaten.

Nails Inc Gel Effect Colville Mews – €16,-

StyleTone – Who knew that you could get the best manicure without even going to a nail parlour? With Nails inc high shine gel effect, it’s possible! (Finally!) No need to put loads of layers on your nails since with its highly pigmented colors and extra wide brush, application on your nails will be easy as A B C. And you know what’s even better, the finishing touch of the gel effect creates a high shine outcome where you would want to show off your nails at every chance you get. 

Mijn mening – Zat vorige maand een nagellak in de box die absoluut niet mijn kleur is, is het deze maand wel helemaal mijn smaak. Op de foto ziet het er ietsje bleker uit, maar het is een soort licht beige kleur en ik ben wel van de lichte, zichtbare, maar niet te opvallende kleuren. Ik heb de nagellak nog niet echt getest. Ik heb de nagellak alleen aangebracht op mijn duim en wat mij wel opviel was dat ondanks de lichte kleur hij wel direct dekte. Maar ik kan dus helaas niet vertellen nog of de nagellak lang blijft zitten. Zou ik het gaan kopen? Nee. De Sally Hansen Miracle Gel is volgens mij goedkoper en ben ik echt helemaal verliefd op, dus ik blijf bij dat merk.

Emite Luce Lipgloss – €19,-

StyleTone – This lipgloss is from the one and only Emite makeup, and it is absolutely delicious. Not only are the colors yummy to look it, but it has the scent of chocolate that just makes your lips look appetizing. Yum! More importantly, this lipgloss is filled with nuturing ingredients such as vitamins A, E, F, grapeseed oil, and soya oil to help protect your lips from any harm whilst making them look mouth-watering! 

Mijn mening – Ik vind dit een hele prima kleur lipgloss dus dit was het eerste dat ik testte uit de box toen ik hem net binnen had. Het bracht lekker aan, zag er mooi uit, maar jeetje wat vind ik het stinken. Onderop de lipgloss zie ik vervolgens staan “Milk chocolate lip gloss”. Helaas heb ik dit vaak bij make-up producten waarbij ze het baseren op chocola. Zo vind ik body butters met cacao en lipgloss en lippenbalsems met een chocoladenaam vaak echt niet lekker ruiken. Ze ruiken wel chocolade-achtig maar niet naar de lekkere chocolade. Ik hoop dat je mij een beetje begrijpt, ik vind het uitleggen hiervan best lastig haha. Het komt erop neer dat het dus een prachtige lipgloss is, maar dat ik twijfel of ik hem vaak zal dragen door de geur die er vanaf komt.

Emite Amar Eyeshadow – €19,-

StyleTone – Oh my, oh my! Look at all these colors. They are absolutely to die for, of course not literally though! We just love how Emite is creating all these vivid metallic colors for their eyeshadow highshine line. The eyeshadows are completely water-resistant, and strongly pigmented so your eyes will just scream out boldness, plus for those hot and sweaty days, your eyes will still look dazzling. Not to mention that the ingredients in the eyeshadow are healthy for your skin due to its nourishing Soya oil it has in the mixture. 

Mijn mening – Woehoe! Een oogschaduw die echt helemaal mijn kleur is! De box past qua kleurtjes echt bij mij deze maand. Ikzelf draag al eenzelfde kleur, maar die is net wat minder opvallend dan deze van Emity. Ik ben niet zo van de opvallende oogschaduw, maar deze is echt precies goed. Toen ik de oogschaduw vervolgens ging testen kwam ik erachter dat de oogschaduw in het licht hele subtiele glitters vertoont. Prachtige oogschaduw die ik zeker helemaal op zal maken.

Figs and Rouge Cherry Blossom – €6,73

StyleTone – We just adore Figs & Rouge’s retro looking designed packages. Not only is it stunning to look at, but also to wear. This lip balm is an all natural anti-oxidant hydrating product that is both petroleum and paraben free. Figs & Rouge does not use any synthetic aromas or colors since they are just obsessed with the natural mixture. Who can blame them? I mean not only are your lips going to feel silky smooth after you apply it, but it also protects your skin from harmful ingredients! 

Mijn mening – Ik zat er in eerste instantie maar wat naar te kijken en twijfelde of ik het zou gaan gebruiken. Echter toen ik het eenmaal teste bleek ik dit product best wel fijn te vinden. Ik draaide de dop eraf en er kwam een felroze balsem uit. No way, dacht ik, ik ga echt niet met felroze lippen rondlopen, dat is niks voor mij. Maar eenmaal uitgesmeerd op de lippen was de kleur van de balsem meer alsof het bloed beter door mijn lippen was gaan lopen en daardoor ietsje roder waren geworden. Perfect voor mij gezien ik soms nogal bleekjes oog. De kleur blijkt dus echt heel subtiel en heel mooi te zijn met een mooie glans. Ook de geur is prima; het ruikt een beetje fruitig.

Institut Karité Paris Shea Butter – €11,50

Mijn mening – Ik heb dit product nog niet getest, maar ik vind het potje zo mooi fleurig! Ik vind het concept wel interessant. Een product dat zowel gebruikt kan worden voor je lippen, handen, gezicht, lichaam en haar. Al denk ik niet dat ik het overal voor ga gebruiken. Het potje is meer het formaat voor een lippenbalsem en misschien handcrème, maar denk niet dat ik het ergens anders voor zal gebruiken.

Senzimi Sensitive Moisturizer – sample size – €19,95

StyleTone – Senzimi should be on your want list for your daily skin regime. Why? Not only does it have natural ingredients, but it helps soothe your skin by increasing your rehydration and cell growth. Amazing, right? These products also work on any skin type, but it does have a magical touch when it comes to uber sensitive skin! Want to conquer your skin problems? Then this product is the answer for you! 

Mijn mening – Deze maand zat er een klein extraatje in de box, namelijk een moisturiser en cleanser van Senzimi. Meestal gebruik ik dit soort proefjes niet echt, en het blijkt ook dat deze proefjes niet voor mijn huidtype zijn, dus ik denk dat ze zullen verstoffen in mijn kast.

Al met al ben ik dus zeer tevreden over deze maart box van StyleTone. De oogschaduw en lippenbalsem zijn mijn favorieten van deze maand en zal ik zeker vaak gebruiken.
